Arbor Lane works with the tools you already run on.
Most of the job already lives in Arbor Lane — tickets, rent or dues, documents, signing, the whole day-to-day. Where you do lean on another tool, the two should talk to each other instead of making you copy numbers between tabs. These are the integrations Arbor Lane connects to, and what each one actually does for you.
What connects today.
Each card links to a page explaining what the integration does, how you turn it on, and who it's for.
Rent and dues, autopay, and payouts run on Stripe under the hood. Residents pay by card or bank transfer, money lands in your account on Stripe's schedule, and every payment reconciles back to the right door automatically. It's already on — there's nothing to wire up.
Send your Arbor Lane income and expenses to QuickBooks Online so your books stay current without re-keying anything. Dues, rent, vendor bills, and payouts map to your chart of accounts and sync on a schedule you set.
Integrations aren't a separate line on the bill.
You don't pay extra to connect Arbor Lane to the tools you already use. Pricing is per door — Non-Profit at $1.50 per door with no minimum, or Pro at $2.50 per door ($20 a month minimum, stepping to $2.00 per door at 200+) — and the integrations are part of the product, not an add-on tier. Standard payment-processing fees on Stripe transactions are the usual card and bank-transfer rates, which we don't mark up.
Tell us what you run on.
If there's a tool your community depends on that you'd want Arbor Lane to talk to, say so — we'd rather hear it from the people doing the work than guess. There's a human on the other end, and what you ask for is how we decide what connects next.
Most of the job is already in one place.
The point of Arbor Lane is that the day-to-day already lives in one app, so there's less to connect in the first place. Where it does meet a tool you keep, it connects without extra cost or a sales call. Start the trial yourself, today, and see it on your own doors by the end of the afternoon.
Rather talk it through first? There's a human on the other end
Month-to-month by default. No sales call to get started.
Less time on the busywork. More on the people.
