What does “curated modules” mean?
Each plan comes set up with the modules its world needs — rentals get leases and rent; communities get governance and dues. It's not a paywall. If you need one from the other side, we flag it on for your org. We curate the default; we don't lock the door.
We're bringing data over — do you migrate us?
You can import a roster yourself in an afternoon — a CSV and you're running. For a bigger move, ask and we'll help when we have the bandwidth. We don't promise white-glove migration as a blanket inclusion; we'd rather be honest than over-promise.
Is there a token meter on the AI?
No. Arbor Lane AI is part of the app, not a metered add-on. Triage and Suggest reply run on every plan with no visible token counter and no per-message bill.
What's the trial?
