Two ways to move
Bring your data in yourself with our import tools and step-by-step guides. Most small communities and single associations are up and running in an afternoon. No call required, and the trial is free while you set up.
If your data is messy, spread across a few tools, or you'd rather hand it off, we'll do the migration for you — map your fields, bring in your history, check the balances against your old system, and walk your board or team through the result before you go live. It's hands-on help from a person, not a ticket queue.
How the contract works
We keep this plain because the foundation requires it. Month-to-month by default. You start on a free trial, then pay per door, month to month — no minimum term to get going and no sales call to start.
The optional annual term. When we do a white-glove migration — real hours of our team's time moving and verifying your data — we may offer an annual commitment in exchange. It is always optional. You can decline it and stay month-to-month; the white-glove help is available either way, and choosing an annual term is a choice you make, never a condition we impose. If you take it, you're committing to a year at your per-door rate; if you don't, nothing changes about how you're billed.
That's the whole story on contracts. There's no fine print waiting behind it.
What we don't do
We don't hold your data hostage. If you ever leave, you can export your records the same way you brought them in. A switch should be reversible, or it isn't really yours.
