How it works
Build the request — a covenant, an ARC form, a consent — once.
Send it. The resident gets a notification and opens it on their phone.
They sign in the flow, no desktop and no jargon, and you get the completed record.

Boards collecting covenant acknowledgments, self-managed HOAs running ARC requests, and operators who need a signature without chasing it by phone.
What it doesn't do (yet)
Signing is typed today — drawn-signature input is on the roadmap for web and mobile together. If drawn signatures are a hard requirement, ask us on a demo.
